Building Common Sense

\'The Shape of Water\', directed by Guillermo del Toro, was tugging at my rope of contemplation over how difficult it is to find someone who is kind to the creatures of God in this era of Cold War civilizations.

I was getting goosebumps when I watched the movie The Shape of Water, which was nominated at the Oscar’s for Best Drama. The film, directed by Guillermo del Toro, was tugging at my rope of contemplation over how difficult it is to find someone who is kind to the creatures of God in this era of Cold War civilizations.

The film shows us that the Cold War paradigm, which was declared “over” by the United States, is essentially still ongoing and its essence remains valid up to the present. The declaration of the end of the Cold War signed by US and Russian presidents a few decades ago seems to be mere political rhetoric. The Shape of Water film, at the same time, punches the players and political adventurers in this republic, in an era said to be the "Reform Age", but in fact it is not separated from the link between the landlord (superpower) and its local servants in the Third World.
